How do I send the file after paying?
Your Stripe receipt has an email address to send your PDF(s) to. No account, no upload form.
What if my PDF is scanned?
We'll tell you it's out of scope and refund you. A scanned-document tier is on the way.
Will the Excel match the PDF exactly?
Yes — same rows, same columns, same structure. Anything unclear is flagged in the delivery note with its location, never guessed.
What's your turnaround?
24 hours standard, 12 hours with the rush add-on, from when we receive the file. Miss the deadline and you get a full refund.
